Inside our greenhouse, we’re harvesting crisp, vibrant hydroponic lettuces every week — and we’re excited to announce a brand-new 12-week Lettuce Subscription for our biggest salad lovers.
This share is lettuce-forward by design. If you eat salads often, build meals around fresh lettuce, or want reliable local produce all winter long, this one’s for you.
Every box includes:
2–3 different lettuces, rotating weekly
(Butterhead, Green Leaf, Red Leaf, Sweet Mix)
Microgreens for added flavor and crunch
Up to one fresh greenhouse herb
1–2 storage crops
(carrots, turnips, cabbage, or winter squash)
Greenhouse-grown cucumbers or tomato, *when available*
All grown right here at McKinstry Farms — even in winter.

If you’re looking for a traditional mixed vegetable CSA, this may not be the right fit — and that’s okay! This share is intentionally built around lettuce and salads.
