Join us for an unforgettable Farm-to-Table Greenhouse Dinner at McKinstry Farms, where we will welcome spring with a locally sourced feast crafted by Wheelhouse. This unique dining experience highlights fresh, seasonal ingredients, grown on our farm and sourced from local producers. Set inside our newly constructed greenhouse, this event will showcase the beauty of farm-fresh dining in an immersive, rustic yet elegant atmosphere.

The Menu

Stationary Appetizers

• Housemade root vegetable chips
• Seasonal crudités
• French onion dip
• Roasted red pepper dip

Buffet Style Main Course

• Young greens salad with pickled shallots, ribboned carrots, roasted beets, radish shoots, sunflower seeds, and lemon herb vinaigrette
• Naturally leavened bread with whipped herb butter
• Chicken confit with preserved lemon and caramelized shallots
• Mac & cheese with three-cheese béchamel, herb breadcrumbs, and fried sage
• Seared sweet potatoes with sesame chile brown butter, toasted almonds, and fresh herbs
• Roasted asparagus with lemon, fried garlic, and maras
• Maple-glazed carrots with dill

Dessert

• Apple & pear crisp with cardamom crumble and ice cream from McKinstry Farms

All dishes are made from scratch, using as many ingredients as possible from our farm and other local farms.

Drinks

• A refreshing non-alcoholic spritzer and water will be included.
